Notice of alteration in the name of the Firm or in the location of the principal place of business thereof under section 60 and rules 4(3) of I.P. Act, 1932

Required Documents to avail the service (Upload scanned copies of the original documents).

• 1. Either a Judicial Magistrate or a Charted Accountant must be a witness. Signature of the partners should be given in full Form No. II. Click here to download the Form-II.
  2. A scanned copy of the original registered Deed of Partnership.
  3. A  copy of the original rectification Deed of Partnership (alteration in the name of the Firm or in the location of the principal place of business thereof).
  4. If the firm claims that its office is situated on a land, owned by it, Proof of ownership of the land should be furnished. If the office is situated in a rented building an affidavit from the house owner along with photo ID proof of the land owner should be furnished.
  5. A copy of passport size photographs of all Partners along with their Aadhar Card, Voter ID & Pan Card to be furnished. This is to be self attested.
  6. Copy of GST Registration/VAT Registration if any is to be uploaded aong with Pan Card of the firm.
  7. Scanned copy of original registration certificate of the Partnership Firm.
