Recording of changes in the constitution of a Firm registered under section 63(1) and rule 4(6) of I.P. Act, 1932

LIST OF DOCUMENTS

Required Documents to avail the service (Upload scanned copies of the original documents).

1.    A copy of the previous Deed of Partnership

2.    A copy of the rectification Deed of Partnership (Inclusion / retirement etc. of partners)

3.    A copy of Original Registration Certificate.

6.   If the Firm claims that its office is situated on a land, owned by it, the Dag Number, Patta Number and Proof of its ownership of the land           should be furnished. If the office is situated in a rented building an affidavit from the house owner with proof of his ownership (Aadhaar Card)  should be furnished.

7.   If the office is situated in a rented building an affidavit from the house owner with proof of his ownership (Aadhaar Card) should be furnished.

8.   A copy of Trade License obtained from the Municipal Corporation /Municipal Board / Town Committee or Gaon Panchayat. In case of IMFL business liquor license.

5.    A copy of the upto date Sales Tax Clearance and Income Tax Clearance certificate.

6.    Aadhar card of the members of the society.

7.    Pan card of the members of the society.

8.    Voter Id of the members of the society.


TIMELINE

15 (fifteen) working days from the date of submission of application, complete in all respects along with documents as per checklist.


FEES & PAYMENTS

Head of Account:- A sum of Rs. 5.00 (Rupees Five) i.e. filling fee of Rs. 1.00 (one) and fee for certified copy of certificate of registration of firm for recording changes Rs. 4.00 (four) only is payable for the purpose through treasury Challan or online under Head of Account "1475 Other General Economic Services Fees under Indian Partnership Act, 1932".
